C-One, the Center on Nonprofit Effectiveness, is dedicated to strengthening the nonprofit sector in Miami-Dade County by building the management capacity of nonprofit organizations. Our goal is to help nonprofits achieve their missions - effectively. 

C-One's resource center is open to all nonprofits regardless of the type of service provided, size, or funding affiliations. Local and national funders underwrite free as well as low-cost workshops on relevant topics. The website hosts a tri-county training calendar and email alert that directs nonprofits to management training and resources offered by local and national organizations. C-One also contracts directly with funders and government entities to coordinate customized training and consulting for their grantees.

In all cases, individuals and organizations are expected to reasonably scrutinize information, resources, referrals and assistance accessed through C-One. The sole responsibility for selecting and/or applying suggestions and claims rests with the user.
